Commonly Asked Impound Questions
A: You will need:

A valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

Proof of ownership (vehicle registration or title – must not be expired ).

Proof of insurance.

Payment for towing, storage, and any related fees (we accept cash and credit card).
If your insurance company is paying for the impound release you will need to fill out the following impound release form. We recommend that you download and fill out the form ahead of time to ensure the smoothest pick up process.
A: Yes, but they will usually need:

Written, signed and notarized authorization from the vehicle’s owner.

A copy of the owner’s photo ID.

Their own valid photo ID.

A: Fees may include:

A: We accept cash and credit/debit cards.
A: Impounded vehicles may be picked up from 9am – 4pm. Nashville pick up available from 6am – 10pm. After-hours releases will be an additional fee. Always call ahead to confirm release times, especially on weekends or holidays.
A: If your vehicle was impounded by law enforcement, you may need to resolve outstanding tickets or obtain a release form from the police department before we can release your vehicle. Private property impounds usually do not require court clearance.
A: Storage fees will continue to accrue daily. Please contact us for current daily storage fees.
