I had a great and smooth transition from being stuck in a parking garage in downtown nashville to being towed to a dealership miles away! I want to recognize John, Richard, and Chris with Cedar Bluff Towing for the outstanding job they did towing my deck set of trucks to Knoxville Freightliner. They went above and beyond with their professionalism, kindness, and customer service. Not only did they safely get my trucks to the dealership, but they also took me to a hotel and even offered to come back the next morning to pick me up and take me back to the dealership. Verry nice lady answered the phone and took my information. Within 10 minutes another extremely polite lady called back to confirm the details and give me an ETA. The Tow Driver arrived within the estimated time, was friendly, helpful and got the tire changed quickly. I didnt get his name but he was younger with a great personality & attitude.
