I can’t say enough about this company. I was driving back from Nashville to Wilmington North Carolina and broke down an hour west of Knoxville on I40 at 4:00 in the evening. They had me on the roll back and home in Wilmington by 3:30 am.

I don’t believe there are any descriptions in Webster’s dictionary that would adequately describe the GREAT customer service I experienced from the driver that showed up. The driver’s name is Dutch. His demeanor and attitude was awesome. He was professional, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. Even though it was only to change my flat tire on my Escalade, he treated my car as his own and treated me as a member of his family.

I had a great experience with this towing company overall. They initially estimated a 70-minute arrival time, and it ended up taking an additional 30 minutes, but once they arrived, the service was excellent. They called when they arrived, provided friendly and professional service, and even called again to let me know when the car had been dropped off. I really appreciated the communication throughout the process. Overall, great service and I would definitely recommend them!

Tow Pro is great, super, the best of the best! Coach Net is our RV Roadside Assistance provider that sourced & dispatched Pro Tow from Nashville for our broken down RV off I40, near Gordonsville, TN.
They kept us in the loop of when they should arrive , what was going on, why we had time delays, and when we should arrive at our destination. Their spirit & kindness kept us calm. I highly recommend Pro Tow for any towing needs in the country.

Cedar Bluff towings driver (and I wish I remembered his name to give him a shout-out) was very courteous and was accommodating to whatever I asked and placed my car exactly where I needed it. Also the dispatcher, I believe her name was Mia was so patient with me and also was very courteous and made sure that I understood how long I would be waiting. Both were patient and kind and when your car is broke down that my friend is worth its weight in gold, I would know because the first towing company's tow driver Peter was rude even though I was polite and I was the one with a big problem and he was making money but Idk some people got it and other people don't 🤷♂️ -James Wampler
