John, the Service Tow guy was very polite, understanding, and professional.
He sympathized with my situation and told me not to worry that he would get my truck out one way or the other.
My two front tires were stuck in a ditch and buried over the axle with dirt. He took his time and got the job done and I was on my way.

These ladies were SO very professional and, to be honest, kind to me when I came to pick up my truck. I'd called in advance to see what my options were, and they went over all the options I had, and how each expense created the total that I'd accumulated since my truck had been towed to their location. When I got there, they were again quick to explain what I needed to do, and were patient with me getting information to them when I'd forgotten my wallet. I needed somewhere to park my vehicle since I could not drive, so they helped point out areas where I could put it to avoid another storage charge. I know they probably deal with some terrible attitudes due to their line of work, but yet they were accommodating and instantly helpful to me with each interaction we had. I appreciate them very, very much!

1. They were the only towing company that would accept the payment directly from my roadside assistance company
2. Both the driver and the customer service representative were extremely helpful and professional.
