Yesterday my fiancé and I had the greatest experience having my Durango hauled from Brentwood, TN to Moulton, AL by Joshua. He loaded my Citadel with such skill that we both thought he had been doing this for years and when we found out during our ride with him he had only been doing it for 2 weeks we were floored. Joshua loaded and secured my Citadel so well that I did not worry the entire ride home about it. We were able to engage in lively conversation with him that made the drive enjoyable and not feel awkward at all. He had to wait for my fiancé to get in touch with me to pay the bill and he was so patient and understanding at the circumstance that occurred. I would tell anyone and everyone I know where Tow Pro services and Joshua could be the one to help them to call and ask for him. He did an amazing job, was so professional, and yet personal at the same time, he made the experience a peaceful end to a horrible day for me. Thank you Joshua for coming to the aid of my fiancé and I and making the entire experience so relaxing that we did not worry about the outstanding work you performed but also the long ride home a comfortable one.
