I went through AAA but this guy showed up within an hour and he had a big truck and chained up my truck and got down his back and belly and put chains on all four corners and back it into my driveway it was a lot of work I'm so glad I'm a AAA member plus member WITH AAA

Bad weather. Wait times were bad no matter what. When I called the girls were always friendly. They seemed to really care. Their driver, Joe was there in a timely manner due to the circumstances. Got my car off of that retainer wall with no damage at all. (Not they they caused anyways) LOL. Programmed their number for future. I would 100% recommend Independent Towing and Recovery.
Also very fair on pricing. Almost too good to be true compared to others in the same area....

Sweetest angel, disguised as a young man, rescued me on the expressway during high early morning traffic. Memphis drivers are protective of their lane and do not yield to anyone, but he accomplished the task confidently and expertly. Went above and beyond to find me, after failed gps had him miles away. Professional but so sweet and kind. I forgot to ask for his name but ill be praying for him. ; )
