Tow Pro is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatchers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilize real-time dispatch application to assist customers with transportation planning and logistics solutions.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately while maintaining attention to detail and communication.
- Maintain multi-line phone systems, ensuring efficient call handling and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth operations and enhance customer experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with transportation management, logistics, fleet management, or other operations applications are a plus.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data related to supply chain activities.
- Proficiency in typing and using various software applications relevant to the role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
