Given the snowpopcalypse 2026 in Memphis, my car got stuck near the airport. Davenport showed me grace every single time I called today for an update(14 times to be exact). Talked to probably everyone in the office. The driver dropped off my car, very kind. Did not catch his name, it was cold and he had more places to go, bless his heart. Thank you Davenport!!!

Bad weather. Wait times were bad no matter what. When I called the girls were always friendly. They seemed to really care. Their driver, Joe was there in a timely manner due to the circumstances. Got my car off of that retainer wall with no damage at all. (Not they they caused anyways) LOL. Programmed their number for future. I would 100% recommend Independent Towing and Recovery.
Also very fair on pricing. Almost too good to be true compared to others in the same area....

they helped me out tremendously today, had to move a 63k steel slab a few feet on my trailer so I could have the chance to get home to my wife and kids for Christmas and boy did they come through! great planning and team work. everything was very safe and efficient! as much as I hope it dont need you guys in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to call or suggest you to anyone thats in need in the area. thank you again, and my family thanks you too! My battery died, and whoever put it in last just bout rounded one of the bolts out when the changed it out last time. I didn’t want to make it worse so I reached out to my roadside service, and they sent out Davenport to switch out my battery for me. I wish I could remember the man’s name who came, but he got here in a very timely manner, quickly switched my battery out for me and had my car sorted in no time! I appreciate it so much!
