We went up a dirt road that had an incline on both sides. The Road was softer than we expected and one of our back tires slid down the side. We were stuck kind of diagonal.
Someone tried to help tow us out and managed to make it worse.
We called for professional help our insurance roadside assistance.
Davenport towing showed up and Had us out in only a few minutes and even made it look easy. We were so grateful

I got stranded and needed a tow. I was hesitant at first about riding with a stranger for over an hour. The guy introduced himself and had a good demeanor, and my worries left and I was able to be comfortable without fearing for my safety. The guy was professional and not “weird.” Would definitely recommend and use this company again in the future. Oh, he came almost immediately too. Only waited for about 20 minutes and he was there. So that was a bonus especially being stranded in Memphis.
