When my son’s truck needed to be towed, my first thought was, “Okay, I’ll call his dad.” I was hoping I could rely on him to handle it… but yeah, that didn’t happen (shocking, I know 🙄).
I was honestly nervous to call a tow truck company myself. I’d never done it before and had no clue how it worked. I thought it’d be this big, complicated ordeal. But from the minute I called, they made everything SO easy. Friendly, professional, and zero stress.
His dad may not have come through, but this tow company absolutely did!
They made it happen and made me wonder why I didn’t skip the middle man in the first place. 😆

A previous tow service had missed their scheduled arrival by 30 minutes when Davenport was called. I told them that I was made to wait for an hour and a half by another tow company (Professional Towing service) They had a driver to me within 15 minutes. The driver arrived and was so pleasant!! He was knowledgeable and took care of my problem. From the time Davenport was called to the time my problem was fixed and their truck back on the road, maybe 40 minutes has gone by. I would recommend Davenport to anyone. Great company. Oh…..the other tow company ,,, that was called at 6 and had not arrived by 7:30 called me at
10:30 asking where I was. Really? Sorry I have better things to do than to wait for your company.
